Product properties of the iFlex Fiberscopes

	Variants variety The special competence of IT Concepts is the special production- and processing technology, which enables to build and offer the iFlex fibre endoscopes in different variants regarding diameters of probes, working lenghts and articulations.
	Optimal visualisation With a fine, hardly visibel fibre grid the iFlex fibre endoscops are especailly suited for tests in smallest inspection areas e.g. drill holes, injection valves or turbine blades, during random inspection with series production or security relevant parts.
	Extended view options All iFlex fibre endoscope are equipped with a 32mm standard DIN eyepiece that can be focused. The visible marks in the eyepiece can be used for orientation and to navigate within the inspection object savely and unerringly. Besides the excellent direct-view feature, the interchangeable 90° side view tip adaptor offers new examination options.
	Intuitive & sensitive The ergonomical handpiece allows right- and lefthanded people a percise and real one-handed operation. Only two control levers are articulating the two probe heads in 4 directions up two 160°. Due to the special mechanic there are only minimal handmovements needed by the operator. Every contact made with the inspection item at the probe head are immediately realized and will be conducted to the zero-position of the articulation.
	Controllable The articulation section is very bendable and in the area of the probe head of the fibre endoscope the movement is very precise and the articulation is maximum. This is very important when using the endoscope in applications with guiding through tight radiuses. The control is permanently limited; this extends the lifetime because the bowden cables hardly don't break off.
	Robust and reliable An endoscope needs to be flexible and easy to control, it needs to be resistant against pressure and liquids to protect the technology inside. The robust outer skin needs to slide easy, be resistant against shear forces and easy and safe to navigate. To fulfill these requirements only high grade material are used and worked into the iFlex fibrescope.

	Lichtstarke Beleuchtung Die Ausleuchtung der Inspektionsumgebung ist die Grundlage für optimale Bilder mit realistischer Farbwiedergabe. Die hohe Lichttransmission der verwendeten Glasfasern und die verlustarme Einkopplung zwischen Lichtquelle und Lichtleitadapter von IT Concepts sorgen für eine maximale Lichtausbeute.
	Modular, Kompatibel und Adaptierbar Für den Anschluss eines iFlex Glasfaserendoskops an eine Lichtquelle stehen verschiedenste Lichtquellenadapter, Lichtleitkabel und Lichtleitstecker als empfohlenes Zubehör zur Auswahl.
	Beleuchtungsoptionen Zur optimalen Beleuchtung empfehlen wir Lichtquellen aus dem Zubehörprogramm von IT Concepts . Erhältlich sind Lichtquellen von 3W bis 300W als LED, Halogen, Metal-Halide, Xenon oder UV.

	Zeitgemäße Dokumentation Der Standard-Okulartrichter eröffnet eine Vielzahl an Dokumentationsmöglichkeiten. Mittels Adaptersystemen lassen sich Dokumentationseinheiten wie iCapture smart oder iTool Video Imaging Hub problemlos anschließen, sowie Digital- und Videokameras. So können Sie bequem die gewonnenen Inspektionsaufnahmen zur Berichterstellung und Archivierung nutzen.
