Optimal imaging

The XTC Videoscope is ideal for efficient remote visual inspections. The sharp optics, high quality Image Sensor, bright white light dual LED illumination and the advanced camera electronics of the XTC Videoscope are perfectly synchronized resulting in clear images with accurate color rendition for dependable inspection data.

Intgerated Image Senor and Illumination (TecTip)

The TecTip The technology combines the video signal connector, image sensor and Dual-LED light source in the camera head. This provides for interchangeability of the camera head (CamChange technology).

Interchangeable Probes (SmartChange Interchangeability)

Thanks to the interchangeable XTC Videoprobes, the system can be adapted within seconds to the particular inspection requirements. 9 different probe lengths always allow the best matching endoscope for any application to use. It also allows to replace a demaged probe within seconds.

Interchangeable Documentation Unit (SmartChange Connectivity)

The smart-change technology allows the user to connect the XTC Videoscope to any video signal-processing device for image play back, image storage and video recording. With consideration to your budget or application requirements, this modular system solution is adaptable to your needs and may be upgraded or retrofitted at any time.

Serviceability (SmartChange Serviceability)

The SmartChange technology offers significant advantages in comparison to dedicated Videoscope Systems (Videoscope and monitor are integrally connected). With conventional dedicated videoscopes you experience down time during videoscope repairs. With the XTC Videoscope, you simply replace the CamChange camera head, interchange the videoscope or a substitute the documentation unit and continue the video inspection.

Cost savings (CamChange)

If the camera head or image sensor may be damaged (Nuclear Radiation resistance: 10GY / h or 200Gy/kumuliert), the CamChange Technology drastically decreases the downtime of the videoscope and effectively reduces repair costs, replacing only what is damaged.

Time savings (CamChange)

The interchangeable CamChange camera head of the XTC Videoscope can immediately and quickly be replaced by the user on site without specific repair training. After replacing CamChange camera head the videoscope is fully operational the inspection maybe continued without delay.

4-way / 360° Probe control

Given the tactile articulation control, the distal end tip can easily, quickly and accurately be maneuvered into any position. The mechanical articulation does not require a locking device. This reduces downtime of the scope and avoids unnecessary repair costs compared to videoscopes with joystick control and homing functions.

The highest quality materials are designed into the XTC videoscope. The rugged tungsten braid offers shear strength, flexibility and protection against damage from sharp edges, compression, or fluid penetration.

iTool DVR Documentation Unit with or without Light Source

The 2.25kg lightweight iTool DVR Documentation unit combines 6.8" (17.5cm) display, software, zoom-function, camera control, image control and stores inspection images and videos on removable SD memory cards (up to 32GB). The iTool DVR is available with or without 24W Metal Halide Light Source.

SlimDisplay with integrated rechargeable battery
